Official NASA vintage glossy of the Apollo 7 preflight breakfast.   Signed and inscribed by the Commander Wally Schirra.   Schirra made a correction on the reverse to the NASA info noting that Bill Pogue was the unidentified person in the photo. ( Schirra did this on quite a few of my photos,,,,,he would always read the reverse and make corrections.  )  Schirra wrote a inscription….”Apollo 7 Preflight Breakfast” and dated it  10/11 / 68.    This vintage glossy is in excellent condition.

About the artist,,,,,,,,

Paul Calle was the only artist present with the Apollo XI crew during the early morning hours of July 16, 1969 as they had breakfast and prepared for the Mission to the Moon.  His pen and ink sketches made that morning stand as a unique historic record of the Suiting up of Astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Mike Collins.

This is a limited edition numbered  print of 250.

There is also a artist proof  available ( only 25 were signed ) and that print is $595.     The prints are  new and mint condition!
